Payment Policy

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are set by us or the contributor and confirmed on the server at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
• Access is granted only after the payment provider confirms the transaction to our servers. A success page alone does not unlock anything.
• If your payment is debited but not confirmed, access is granted automatically once confirmation arrives; otherwise contact us with your payment reference.
• One-on-one slots are held for a short time while you pay and are confirmed only after payment is verified.
• No account is needed to pay. After a verified payment you receive a private access link (shown on screen and emailed). Anyone holding the link can open that purchase, so keep it safe. Lost it? Use Find my purchase.
• Organization contact details: a payment unlocks the email address and physical address of one organization only, for the access period shown on the confirmation page. Unlocking another organization needs another payment.
• Suspicious or fraudulent payment activity may lead to cancelled orders and account suspension.
