Effurun and its environs, situated in the heart of Delta State, represent a vibrant hub of commercial activities, including a thriving restaurant industry. This study seeks to fill the gap in literature and provide actionable insights for restaurant owners and managers. Through a combination of quantitative surveys with customer and restaurant staff, this study aims to explore the impact of promptness, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and communication on customer satisfaction and business performance. By identifying areas for improvement and best practices, this research endeavors to support the development of strategies that enhance service quality, drive customer loyalty, and ultimately contribute to the sustainable growth of restaurants in delta state (Salesforce, Inc, 2024).
As such this research work seek to investigate customer service excellent and business growth in Delta state.
